IM&T Service Desk Analyst

Adecco Nottingham are recruiting for a IMT Service Desk Analyst to work for a large company in NG8. The successful candidate will be required: * To answer telephone calls from internal users and have an excellent phone manner. * To be able to log records with clear and descriptive information using ServiceNow. * To provide troubleshooting over the phone and face to face with users. * To be familiar with ITIL principles as well as Incident, Request, Change and Asset Management. * To be able to work well within a team and communicate effectively. * To be able to work to set deadlines and SLAs.
