Salary: £30000 - £36000/annum

Randstad CP are recruiting for a Fabric Supervisor for a leading Facilities Management company. The purpose of this role is to supervise and manage a team of staff in the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to Fabric equipment and systems in accordance with agreed service levels. To write engineering reports and support in fabric and drone surveys for the client. To provide QSHE support for the Contract Management Team.

The role:

Supervision of the site team in accordance with company procedures and policies.
Ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance and repair of the sites
M&E Plant and Equipment, Building Fabric.
Compliance with and record keeping for their Quality Management System.
Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with tas schedules and industry best practices.
Establish a safe, transparent and constructive culture that recognizes hard work and performance.
Ensure all appropriate maintenance personnel are trained and able to perform their duties safely and in an efficient manner.
Monitor staff's performance and ensure service delivery meets and exceeds client's expectations.
Ensuring that there is suitable cover to support a robust out of hours call out system for all contract service lines.
Advising management on labour levels and holiday/absence cover
Ensure that all company standard policies relating to HR issues are understood and adhered too, including managing grievance / disciplinary processes as required.
Management of third party Sub-Contractors, including Induction, routine performance monitoring and scoring, acceptance and signing off works in accordance with company and industry standards ensuring they complete tasks on time and safely.Experience needed:

Applicant must have and maintain a current valid driver's license.
At least two years at a similar level or equivalent.
Knowledge of current technical standards
Knowledge of business critical services
Working in a Blue Chip environment.
Working in a "services supply partnership"
Formulating, Assessing and Validating Risk Assessments and Method
Statements, COSHH assessments and to be part of the team carrying out audits on statutory compliance and log books.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
