The role

This role is varied and challenging, no two days will be the same. It is a mix of hands on, transactional work with a finance emphasis, through to managing a small team, and leading various projects to help the school thrive. Some specific tasks will include:

* Leading long term financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning

* Being hands on in ensuring every £ is maximised for impact in a resource-constrained environment

* Identify opportunities for sustainable growth, increased efficiency and innovation

* Provide high level insight to senior managers and governors

* Overseeing a small team who manage Administration and Estates functions
