Job Description:

We are a recruitment agency currently working on behalf of a well-established company in Burnley that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Fee Earner on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer seeking a long-term role within a supportive and professional environment. The role will involve regular attendance at the Burnley office, with hybrid working available.

The Role:

The successful candidate will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, including:

* Freehold and leasehold purchases and sales

* Re-mortgages

* All substantive conveyancing work from instruction through to completion

You will be supported by an established team who will assist with file opening and post-completion matters, including registrations.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner

* Proven experience in residential conveyancing

* Ability to manage a caseload independently

* Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
