Job Description


  • Know all duties of A/P (both manual & computer)

  • Prepare invoices for payment (must have good knowledge of discounts and payment terms)

  • Confirm approvals before processing invoices, then analyze, prioritize, code and pay invoices w/in terms

  • Maintain all files for accounts

  • Reconcile bank statements


  • Minimum five year experience in A/P

  • Minimum A/A Degree, preferably B/A Degree

  • Proficient in English language w/good verbal communication

  • Organized, good data entry skills, math skills, financial skills, and have good attention to detail

  • Must be able to compute, classify, and record numerical data related to A/P to keep financial records complete

  • Knowledge of Microsoft GP(Great Plains) Accounting program is a PLUS.

  • Must possess a positive attitude/can do attitude

  • Must be a self starter with a strong work ethic

  • Proficient in Excel\Must know ten key by touch and be fast & accurate
