We're looking for a finance professional with 1-2 years' experience with Xero.

The Role:
Join a fast-growing real estate investment and property management business specialising in PBSA and BTR assets across the UK and Europe. You'll be part of a small, high-performing finance team supporting key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero, including bank reconciliations and supplier payments.

• Assisting in preparation of management accounts and VAT returns.

• Supporting colleagues on ad-hoc finance projects and analysis.

What You Need:

• 1-2 years' experience in finance/accounting.

• Xero expertise - absolutely essential.

• Studying or qualified in AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.

• Strong Excel skills for data analysis.

• High attention to detail, organised, and reliable.
