• IT infrastructure and network performance
• Microsoft environment (O365, servers, Active Directory)
• Connectivity across multiple sites
• Systems security, backups, and resilience
• Telecoms, CCTV, and access control systems

This role offers the chance to shape and improve the IT function, not just maintain it.What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensuring reliable connectivity across all sites (business-critical)
• Leading and developing a small, established IT team
• Managing 3rd party suppliers and service providers
• Driving automation and efficiency improvements
• Supporting a mix of modern and legacy systems
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems and reduce manual processes

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an IT Manager / Head of IT / Infrastructure Manager
• Strong Microsoft stack (O365, Active Directory, servers)
• Solid networking experience (Cisco, Meraki, routers)
• Ideally, experience in a multi-site environment
• Experience managing a small team
• Comfortable being both hands-on and strategic
