Job Purpose - Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors
- Reviewing accounts, tax returns, and other compliance work
- Building strong client relationships and handling day-to-day queries
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff, with the opportunity for people management
- Ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met
- Identifying opportunities for added value and process improvement

The Successful Candidate - Is ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience)
- Has some experience managing a client portfolio in practice
- Ideally has some experience of team supervision or people management
- Can build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Is confident reviewing work and providing technical support to others
- Has a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a commercial outlook
