What You’ll Be Doing - Warehouse Operative
You’ll join as a Warehouse Operative at their site in Washington, West Sussex.
Your first 2 weeks will be full training — getting to know the job, the products, and the team. You’ll work closely with your manager, Luke, who’ll guide your day and help wherever needed.
This is a hands-on role: picking, packing, and shipping luxury goods to stores and customers around the world. You’ll also operate the forklift (training provided if needed) and help keep everything running smoothly.
You’ll work closely with the customer service team also, using the warehouse tablet and computer system to help manage orders and update records.
Very occasionally, you might jump in the small company van to deliver items to photoshoots or events — nothing too far away. It’s just a nice change of scenery and workday every now and then.

Where You’ll Be Working - Warehouse Operative
They’re a global name in luxury goods — watch, jewellery, and fashion accessories known for high-end design and premium quality.
Since 2019, they’ve doubled in size to £40m turnover — and they’re still growing fast.
They want to get to £100m in the next 5 years.
And that’s why opportunities to move up are real here.
Most people who join don’t stay in their first role for long — they get promoted. Just ask Jordan and many others who work here!
And culturally? Small team (around 21 people), close-knit, social, and fun. Work hard, enjoy it too.

What You Need - Warehouse Operative
Looking for something temporary? Or something just to work in for a few months?
Then please do not apply, this role isn’t right for you.
You need to be someone who wants a permanent role within a company that they can grow within.
You don’t need warehouse experience. But you do need energy, drive, and the ambition to progress.
You’ll be on your feet most of the day and lifting regularly, so you’ll need to be in decent shape.
Most importantly, you’ll bring good vibes. Friendly, easy to get on with, and up for learning.
