Registered Home Manager - Elderly Nursing

Salary: Up to £70,000 p/a + Bonus

Location: Worthing, West Sussex

About the Role

Compass Associates are proud to be working alongside a valued client in their search for a Registered Manager for their large nursing and residential home within the Worthing area. The home boasts a fantastic reputation within the area, with strong links with the local community, and we are very much seeking an experienced and driven nurse qualified manager to further establish his home and continue its exceptional offering of first class care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated care team
• Create a warm, family-like atmosphere where residents feel valued and understood
• Ensure high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement
• Promote dignity, choice, and independence for every resident
• Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the wider community
• Oversee financial operations to ensure a sustainable and efficient service

What We’re Looking For:

• Nursing qualification (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
• Proven management experience in a nursing home setting
• Relevant management qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent)
• Passion for delivering outstanding care and fostering meaningful relationships
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Innovative approach to enhancing emotional well-being in a care setting
