Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator who is looking to work at the heart of an ultra-high-end single site Build to Rent development in Southwest London?

One Property Recruitment have been instructed on an exceptional opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join their brand-new residential scheme in Wandsworth. You will help to enrich the residential development and will work towards achieving the company's occupancy targets.

Your core duties will consist of:

• Conducting all lettings viewings.

• Negotiating all offers and ensuring that you successfully agree a let.

• Keep all systems updated.

• Manage client paperwork and bookings with all required information.

• Assist with the marketing team to promote the properties.

• Ensure that all of the properties adhere to the correct health and safety standards.

• Qualifying all new applicants.

• Negotiating with all parties to ensure the best outcome for everyone
