We are seeking an experienced CNC Laser and CNC Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. This is a hands-on role suited to a skilled operator who is also capable of assisting with welding and fabrication when the laser and press brake workload allows.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set up, operate, and maintain CNC laser cutting machines

* Program, set, and operate CNC press brakes

* Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

* Ensure parts are produced accurately and to quality standards

* Carry out basic machine maintenance and fault reporting

* Assist with welding and general fabrication during quieter periods

* Work collaboratively with the fabrication and production teams

Skills & Experience Required:

* Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machines

* Strong experience with CNC press brakes (setting and programming)

* Ability to read and understand technical drawings

* Welding experience (MIG/TIG preferred) and general fabrication skills

* Good attention to detail and quality control

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

* Commitment to health & safety in the workplace

Desirable (but not essential):

* Experience with stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium

* Welding certifications

* Forklift or overhead crane licence

* Nesting using Radan software
