We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. Working overnight, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, handling late check-ins and early departures, and completing key financial and operational reports. You'll act as both host and guardian-providing exceptional service while keeping everything running smoothly through the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
- Handle guest enquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Complete nightly audit tasks, including reconciling financial transactions and preparing reports.
- Monitor property security and carry out regular floor walks.
- Ensure accurate billing and maintain up-to-date guest records.
- Support other departments where required, ensuring smooth handover to the day team.
- Uphold hotel and brand standards at all times.
Salary: £26,795 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
