We are currently working with two SEND schools in Worcester, one of which is a primary aged SEND school who base their curriculum around the individual needs of their students, giving 1-to-1 support to all students in a fit-for-purpose SEND support setting.

They are requiring SEND teaching assistants to join their team originally through us at Axcis, the SEND specialist staffing agency, before potentially transitioning to a permanent contract in future with the school.

We are also seeking to appoint SEND Learning Support Assistants in a secondary aged setting in Worcester, you will be working with students in a longstanding setting which places an emphasis on staff-student rapport and togetherness at the heart of their setting.

You will need experience supporting individuals with social emotional mental health (SEMH) needs from school, residential, emergency services or support work. This will give you a very good base to be able to help the students thrive. You will be given the full support of school's SLT and given opportunity to grow in your role.

Both roles pay on a weekly basis, paid every Friday. You will be paid on a PAYE rate starting from £89 per day dependent on experience & qualifications.
