Packing Operative – Rugby, Warwickshire

Shifts

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm

Rates of Pay

• £12.21 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Packing Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Packing items with speed and accuracy
• Manual handling and repeated lifting
• Working towards daily targets
• Ensuring items are properly labelled and securely packed
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe working area
• Ensuring all packages are correctly sealed and prepared for dispatch

Essential Skills

To be successful as a Packing Operative, you will need:

• Strong reading and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience working within a warehouse environment

Training Provided

• Industry-related training
• Ongoing support throughout your employment
