About the RoleJoin a fast-growing Health Tech scale-up as a Financial Controller, leading finance operations and building scalable processes. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will manage financial reporting, compliance, and a small team, with exposure to international entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, statutory accounts (FRS 102), and external audits

• Oversee AP, AR, credit control, and UK tax compliance (support US tax)

• Manage and develop two direct reports

• Drive process improvements and system automation

Candidate Requirements

• ACA qualified with 1+ year's industry experience and practice training

• Strong accounting knowledge (FRS 102) and month-end close expertise

• Experience in AP, AR, credit control, and line management

• Proficient in Excel and cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero)

• Clear communicator with a process-focused approach

Additional InformationHybrid working with two days in the Central London office. Sponsorship not available for this role.
