* Previous experience within a busy office environment
* Confident user of Microsoft Office and general IT systems

* Processing vehicle orders and updating internal systems
* Managing paperwork and records for new and used vehicle sales
* Tracking delivery schedules and coordinating vehicle preparation
* Handling documentation for payments, part exchanges, and settlements
