The Role

• Support students with complex and diverse learning needs
• Help deliver a personalised, meaningful curriculum
• Promote communication, independence and confidence
• Encourage emotional resilience and positive behaviour
• Work with teachers, therapists and multidisciplinary teams
• Support with personal care and physical interventions where needed
