I'm exclusively recruiting for a new domiciliary care provider in Slough, offering an excellent opportunity for a Registered Manager to establish and shape a new service in the community.

Starting salary £38,000-£40,000.

Registered Manager Responsibilities:

Establishing and launching a new domiciliary care service, building strong operational and cultural foundations.
Driving initial business development to secure private and social funded packages.
Recruiting, developing and retaining a high quality care and office team.
Building local presence through networking and developing referral pathways with key stakeholders.
Ensuring high quality, person-centred care delivery alongside full regulatory compliance and CQC readiness.
Embedding systems, processes and KPIs to support sustainable growth, retention and performance.
Managing budgets and overseeing the commercial performance of the branch. 
Registered Manager Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Care Manager/Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth and operational targets.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or actively working towards completion).
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks.
Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle.
