Now, we're looking for a Partnership Manager - Affinity Partnerships to build and lead a national partnership network that accelerates our mission and unlocks new commercial opportunities.

The Role:

Identify and secure high-value affinity partnerships with associations, industry bodies, and aligned organisations across the UK.

Build strategic growth models that multiply brand reach and commercial impact.

Own the full lifecycle from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding, activation, and performance management.

Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to drive partnership success.

Represent Trade Mastermind at events, conferences, and partner meetings with confidence and authority.

Analyse performance data and provide strong commercial insight to optimise growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For Strategic Growth

Build a national partnership network that drives commercial revenue and brand visibility.

Develop joint value propositions that serve thousands of trades entrepreneurs.

High-Value Relationship Management

Act as the primary contact for all partners.

Drive long-term engagement, trust, and mutual success.

End-to-End Partnership Programme Delivery

Lead partnership launches, activations, and ongoing performance optimisation.

Track KPIs and deliver insights directly to leadership.

Brand Representation & Leadership

Represent Trade Mastermind externally with professionalism and authority.

Ensure all partnerships reflect our commitment to innovation, integrity, and excellence.

Experienced Partnership Manager, Business Development Lead, or Strategic Alliances specialist
