This role is perfect for someone with strong subject knowledge, who enjoys working across a variety of lessons and year groups. The school places a big focus on academic catch-up, learning support, and student engagement across KS3 and KS4.

You'll be joining a forward-thinking team who work hard to ensure every student has the support they need to reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities:* Provide 1:1 and in-class support across core and foundation subjects* Adapt learning materials for students with a range of abilities* Support learners with SEN, EAL or who are at risk of underachieving* Promote independence, self-confidence and classroom participation* Contribute to planning and feedback discussions with teaching staff

Ideal Candidate Will Have:* Secondary school or tutoring experience across KS3 and KS4* A proactive, flexible and confident approach* Good subject knowledge, especially in English, Maths or Science* Excellent communication and rapport-building skills* An interest in pursuing a career in education
