About this role:

We are currently seeking 4 experienced Panel Wirers / Electrical Fitters for a shop floor contract based at the Bentley Automotive Plant in Crewe. This role involves electrical panel wiring, assembly, and fitting work within a busy automotive manufacturing environment. Immediate starts are available for the right candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

* Wiring and assembling electrical control panels to engineering drawings and schematics

* Installing, routing, and terminating cables, looms, and components

* Conducting electrical testing and inspection of completed panels

* Ensuring all work is completed to high-quality and safety standards

* Working collaboratively with other electricians and engineers on the shop floor

* Adhering to company and site-specific health and safety procedures

Experience Required:

* Proven experience as a Panel Wirer or Electrical Fitter within an automotive manufacturing or plant environment

* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams

* Strong understanding of electrical components, control panels, and wiring layouts

* Experience working to production schedules and quality standards

* IPAF licence is highly desirable

* 17th or 18th Edition qualification (preferred but not essential)

* Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
