Supplying into motorsport, automotive, and performance industries, this company is expanding and offers excellent long-term opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of moulds and patterns for production

Laminating composite components according to lay-up manuals and technical drawings

Loading/unloading autoclaves and component breakout

Working to tight deadlines without compromising on quality

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years' hands-on laminating experience, ideally within F1 or a Tier 1 supplier

Skilled in producing Class A components

Confident working on a range of complex parts

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable with basic IT systems

(Desirable) Experience with Mosite bag manufacture
