A business experiencing rapid growth and in need of an E-commerce expert to lead them digitally on this exciting journey.

In the position of E-commerce Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the online customer experience and sales of the platform.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage all online activities related to sales, conversion, A/B testing, and reporting.
• Develop and enhance digital platforms to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Implement eCommerce strategies to improve website performance.
• Create and own the trading calendar for the UK website, App, and Marketplaces to align with seasonal marketing plans.
• Collaborate with the Head of eCommerce & Marketing to progress website merchandising strategies, including personalization and targeting.
• Research product merchandising technology to improve onsite merchandising efficiency and website conversion.
• Lead merchandising testing and optimization for all website sales touchpoints, such as recommendation zones and category sorting rules.
