Entry-Level Management Accountant

Location: LiverpoolHours: Mon - Thurs: 9:00 - 17:30 Fri: 9:00 - 15:00

Are you ready to launch your career in finance with a growing and dynamic organization? We are seeking an Entry-Level Management Accountant to join our Head Office team in Liverpool.

About the Role

You’ll be part of a collaborative team of four, reporting directly to the Finance Manager. While your primary contact will be the manager, you’ll also work closely with onsite Finance Teams for the companies you manage. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in management accounting within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly accounts within a 7-working-day turnaround for month-end reporting.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations monthly to ensure accuracy and reflect the business position.
• Support audit and tax processes, including providing documentation and compiling tax pack information.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the group to maintain high standards of financial reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems (training provided).
