My client based in Harlow, CM20 is looking to recruit an Office Assistant. An excellent opportunity for someone with previous office administration experience to join an ever growing group of companies.

  • Assisting Managers with their daily administration work
  • Emailing & Posting Invoices
  • Internal Invoice preparation
  • Preparing Payslips
  • Shredding Documents
  • Speaking to contractors/clients
  • Updating invoice list
  • Checking invoice files to ensure all invoices in numerical order
  • General Administration
  • Creating new files/folders
