What you will be doing:

This is a great role for someone with previous account management experience who thrives on building relationships, managing multiple projects, and ensuring smooth project delivery from start to finish.

Preparing quotes, booking jobs into production, and ensuring all project details are accurate
Working closely with production and internal teams to ensure timelines and budgets are met
Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationshipsWhat you will need to succeed:

Proven experience in account or project management (ideally in retail or similar sectors)
Comfortable juggling multiple overlapping deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills and confident with Excel and other MS Office tools
Highly organised with excellent time management abilitiesWhat you will receive in return:

£25,000 to £26,000 per annum DOE
Friendly and supportive team environment
5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, standard office hours
26 days holiday plus bank holidays
