The Service Advisor is one of the busiest roles within the dealership, but also very rewarding.
As the first point of contact for the customer coming into the dealership for vehicle repairs you will need to be an upbeat individual with an infectious enthusiasm.
My client is currently hiring a new Service Advisor to join their already thriving team within their Prestige branded dealership.
As a Service Advisor you will be tasked with being the main point of contact for customers requiring servicing and repairs on their vehicles as well as maintaining the flow of information between workshop and customer.
Within this role you will also be responsible for promoting other beneficial products to the customer throughout their vehicles time within the business.
The successful candidate will need to be:
- Well presented
- Customer focused
Previous experience within a main dealer environment is essential for this role.
Experience with a prestige brand is desirable
Full UK License needed
