We are seeking a Paralegal to join our clients dynamic team. This role offers a unique career development opportunity within a supportive environment, focusing on company and commercial matters for both individual and corporate clients. This includes asset acquisition/sale, share acquisition/sale, shareholder agreements, and company formations.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist with a variety of company and commercial matters.
• Act for both individuals and businesses, developing knowledge and skills with an interesting and varied workload.
• Work as a key member of our team, contributing to all aspects of legal proceedings and client support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Own transport and a UK driver’s license are essential.
• Strong IT skills.
• The candidate should either be a qualified solicitor or working towards qualification.
• Keen interest in company and commercial law.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
