A fantastic school in Congleton are seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a Maternity cover position. The school are looking for an individual who holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or above. They have specified that the successful candidate must have over a year of experience in the primary school classroom. To be eligible for this role, you must be resilient and kind, as the child you will be working with needs a high level of care and dedication. In return, we will provide you with the stability of a long term role with the potential to go permanent, and a supportive senior leadership team. The child you will be working with already has a lot of resources in place to support you, including a lovely and well-resourced calm area that you can go to with the child when they are in crisis.
