We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Quality Coordinator to support our Quality Manager in maintaining high standards across the business.

You'll play a key role in keeping our Quality Management System (QMS) running smoothly, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate closely with Production, QC, and R&D teams to make sure quality processes are not just in place—but actually working.

Duties

* Keep quality documentation accurate, organised, and audit-ready

* Support internal audits and compliance with quality standards

* Track, investigate, and resolve non-conformances and customer complaints

* Analyse quality data to spot trends and improvement opportunities

* Work with Production to define and maintain quality standards

* Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)

* Monitor QMS performance and support continuous improvement initiatives

* Ensure products and processes consistently meet required standards

* Report incidents and escalate issues when needed

* Support a strong culture of quality, safety, and compliance

Requirements

* Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS)

* Confidence analysing data and identifying improvements

* Understanding of quality standards and compliance processes

* You will gained your experience in ideally either a chemical industry or engineering / manufacturing

* Knowledge of containment and non-compliance
