For one of our market leading clients in Utrecht, I'm recruiting for HR transformation.

As a HR transformation consultant will be involved in this process to define the system requirements arising from the reorganization and, together with the project team, to define and implement (temporary or permanent) solutions so that the reorganization can be adequately supported by the available systems.

Furthermore, you have:

• Experience as an HRBP or HR specialist in company-wide reorganization programs is a requirement.
• Higher professional education (HBO) level with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the field of reorganizations from an HR role.

We work with AFAS in combination with Orgvue and Excel. Proficiency/experience with working with Excel is a requirement.
In addition, experience with Oracle HCM, AFAS, or Orgvue is desirable.
