Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk

Job description: Venn Group has partnered with a large organisation based in the Mansfield area to find a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Match, batch and code a high volume of purchase invoices on a weekly basis 
• Manually input invoices on to the system
• Process weekly BACS payment run
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Resolve purchase ledger queries 
• Manage complicated utilies accounts 

   The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience in purchase ledger
• Be able to pick things up quickly
• Possess good Excel skills
