This is a newly created management accountant role with a business that's growing fast. Revenue's up, headcount's growing, and the finance function needs more hands on deck. It's your chance to get in early and help shape how things are done, with plenty of headroom to progress.

You'll be on up to £50,000, with hybrid working from Bradford (3 days in the office). There's parking on-site and some genuine flexibility around hours.

It's a commercial management accountant role, not just numbers in a spreadsheet. You'll get into the operational detail behind the figures, working with stakeholders across the business to support decision-making. There's budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, as well as input into new systems and process improvements.

The FD's clear: they want someone who can grow with the role. It suits someone ambitious, but you don't need to know everything yet. Maybe you're a finalist or newly qualified. Maybe you've had a couple of years post-qualification and want more responsibility. Either way, there's scope to expand.

You'll need solid Excel skills, a nose for process improvement, and the confidence to challenge when needed. Experience in a fast-paced business will help, but it's not essential. What matters more is your attitude and appetite to learn.
