Management Accountant - £45K

Our client is looking for a Management Accountant to join their growing finance team. This is a hybrid role based near Chesterfield, offering a dynamic environment with purpose-driven work at its core.

The Role:

• Lead the month-end process and produce high-quality management accounts
• Handle P&L, balance sheet, revenue reconciliation, and variance analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit prep
• Drive financial insight and partner with key stakeholders
• Mentor and support junior team members

Key Requirements:

• Part or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Experience in a management accounts role, ideally in a multi-site organisation
• Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and solid Excel skills
• Experience within a highly regulated industry
