An internationally recognised law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Real Estate team in Bristol. Known for advising on some of the UK’s most significant property transactions, this team works with major investors, developers and institutional clients on complex, high-value matters.

This role offers the chance to play a key part in landmark real estate projects, combining responsibility, variety and genuine scope for progression.

The Opportunity

You will take a leading role on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including major acquisitions and disposals, development projects and ongoing asset management work. The practice covers both established and evolving sectors such as logistics, renewables and mixed-use developments, frequently involving multi-million-pound transactions and cross-border elements.

Candidate Profile

• UK-qualified solicitor 6PQE gained within a strong real estate practice
• Solid experience advising on commercial property transactions
• Commercially minded, with the ability to understand client objectives and deliver practical solutions
• Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively and developing client relationships
