French Speaking Tech Support - 6 month contract

Our client requires French speaking Tech Support Advisors to respond to inbound customer requests , document relevant case information. Assisting customers by phone, email and live chat.
This role will be to assist customers until they are satisfied with the solution via phone, emails and live chat. Escalating issues that can't be resolved.
Ability to assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone/email/chat/social/social messaging channels (as assigned)
Fluent French and English.
Some previous customer service experience.
