A Chef, Sous of Junior Sous level is required to join our growing team of 3 chefs plus support staff at the incredible Oxenham Arms Hotel and Restaurant in Devon. We are located just off the A30, 20 minutes drive from Exeter. We are a well established, privately owned historic country hotel , inn and restaurant, set in 5 acres of grounds in the beautiful medieval village of South Zeal.
You will be supporting the team and also capable of preparing, cooking and plating up food to high end gastro pub level. You will have been a chef full time for at least 3 years. Our foods are modern British with a heritage twist reflecting the history of our building and grounds. You may be a chef working in a pub / inn environment or experience Junior Sous or Sous Chef looking to further develop your skills in a great team.
You will be working straight shifts for either 5 days a week or less if you wish and you will need to be able to work Sunday evenings as part of your shift pattern
