Your role will focus on helping them manage focus, routines, and social interaction, while accessing the GCSE curriculum. You’ll be supporting across core subjects, helping to reduce anxiety and provide structure during lessons.Alongside classroom work, you’ll reinforce behaviour plans, implement learning strategies, and build a supportive working relationship based on trust and understanding.The CandidateYou’re a graduate—ideally with a background in psychology, education, or a related field—who’s patient, empathetic, and proactive. You’ve got a calm presence and an interest in autism, ADHD, and how neurodiverse students learn.
