About the Opportunity

Known for their commercial, consultative approach and consistently strong billings, they are looking for a Senior Recruiter ready to take ownership of a growing multi-sector desk. The agency works across commercial, FMCG, supply chain, and office support — placing mid to senior level talent across NI's most active employers. An established client list, strong operational support, and real career progression make this a genuinely compelling move.

What You'll Be Doing

* Lead a profitable multi-sector desk with full autonomy over your commercial strategy

* Manage and expand an existing portfolio of established client relationships

* Drive new business development and open new verticals within your sector mix

* Provide mentorship and informal coaching to junior team members

* Take ownership of senior and executive-level assignments when required

* Contribute to agency-wide initiatives including employer branding and candidate marketing

What We're Looking For

* Minimum 4 years' recruitment experience, with demonstrable senior billing performance

* Track record of business development and account growth

* Confident, credible, and capable of operating at board level with clients

* Experience across commercial, FMCG, logistics or supply chain is a distinct advantage

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a leadership group

* Degree educated or equivalent professional qualification preferred

* Transparent commission structure — OTE £75,000-£90,000
