Thrive Shepton are recruiting for Temp to Perm Warehouse Operatives / FLT Driver on behalf of our client in Wells, Somerset. To assist with warehouse, picking/packing and packaging of products to a high standard.

Job Responsibilities:

Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
Load and unload lorries, ensuring goods are handled with care.
Perform heavy lifting while following strict safety procedures.
Support shipping and receiving tasks, including accurate checks of deliveries.
Keep the work area clean and well-organised to ensure a safe and efficient environment

Personal Attributes/ Skills:

Ability to work in a fast pace environment and to meet deadlines
Attention to detail
A positive and flexible can do attitude
Ability to work as part of a larger team or on own initiative (if required)
Punctual and adaptable
Highly Motivated
Good communication skills
Basic level of numeracy and literacy
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Time keeping
Reliable

Hours:

Monday to Thursday (Apply online only) & Friday (Apply online only) (flexibility required in busier periods)

Pay Rate:

£12.50 per hour
Once permanent/ fully trained pay will increase

This role could lead to a permanent contract for the right candidate.

FLT LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL!
