Senior AV Engineer

Initial 12-months Contract Role

£500 - £525, Inside IR35

ECS Resource group are currently working with a World's Leading Technology Organisation who are looking for a Senior AV Engineer to support the full development life cycle of AV installations.

As an AV Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Leading the design, installation, and maintenance of audio-visual systems, including managing projects, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical guidance.
Act as the key intermediary between senior AV leadership and junior team members-supporting reporting lines both upwards and downwards.
Ensure all AV works are completed and align with installation plans.
Manage AV installation milestones, coordinating signoffs and handovers to operational support teams.
Provide floorwalking support and assist end users with AV technology.
Deliver first-line support on minor technical issues, including AV and basic IT/networking troubleshooting.
Ensure effective communication and coordination with the AV team throughout the project lifecycle.

Please note, the below requirements are essential and candidates without this will not be considered:

Strong understanding of AV infrastructure and the ability to troubleshoot and support AV hardware/software.
Confident working on-site in a complex and high-expectation environment, managing tight timelines.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
Comfortable managing their own workload and reporting within a project team.
