Adecco's specialist Property Services Division are proud to have been commissioned to once again partner exclusively with Lincolnshire Housing Partnership to assist them in recruiting two Electrical Team Leader work from their offices in either our Grimsby or Boston Offices.

Role Duties

As the Electrical Team Leader , you will play a crucial role in ensuring electrical safety, maintenance, and installations are delivered efficiently and safely to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of electrical engineers to provide exceptional servicing, testing, and repair services.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and legislative requirements for electrical safety.
• Conducting audits and quality control checks to guarantee high standards of work.
• Collaborating with third-party auditors to uphold quality and workmanship.
• Managing operational efficiency targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Delivering technical advice and support to your team and ensuring their ongoing training and development.

Candidate Requirements

• Significant technical understanding of domestic housing construction and electrical safety in the UK.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A proven track record of delivering customer-focused services and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
• A positive, solution-oriented mindset that thrives in a changing environment.

Qualifications Needed

• NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation.
• City and Guilds qualifications in PAT Testing and electrical installations.
• Current BS:7671 qualification and relevant experience in the electrical safety industry.
• A full UK driving license is essential.
