Leaving Care - Team Manager

iPeople are currently recruiting for an Experienced Team Manager within a Leaving Care Team within West London.

A Locum role Paying up to £38, You will be working with vulnerable children and young adults as well as their families, with the main aim of making a real difference to their lives.

 

 

 

  • To ensure the delivery of high quality services for young people leaving care, including those who are formerly UASC, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, the council's policies and procedures.
  • To be responsible for the efficient, effective management and development of the Leaving Care Team in line with the delivery of council's Corporate Parenting Service.
  • To ensure the provision of a responsive Leaving Care Service which fully supports the achievement of all care leavers' aspirations through high standards of practice supervision for personal advisors, social workers and assistant team managers. This must align with the best interests of care experienced young people, ensuring that the staff team meet their statutory responsibilities.
