We are exclusively recruiting for a fast-growing regional business seeking an ambitious part-qualified accountant to join their expanding finance team. Reporting to a Senior Finance Manager, this role offers excellent exposure across management accounting, reporting, and commercial analysis in a multi-entity environment.

The Role:

* Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packs

* Detailed cost and variance analysis to support operational decisions

* Balance sheet reconciliations, including accruals and prepayments

* Oversight of bank, credit card and income reconciliations

* Payroll postings and analysis of worked hours/timesheets

* Ensuring financial controls and processes are robust and adhered to

The Person:

* Part-qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA (AAT Level 4 minimum) with recent exam progress

* Strong technical grounding in management accounts with excellent attention to detail

* Confident communicator, able to explain financial information to non-finance colleagues

* Proactive, driven and keen to develop in a supportive, growing team
