What will you do as a Management Accountant?

Oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high performance

Coordinate & manage the month-end close process, delivering all financial reporting

Prepare and review monthly management accounts, detailed reports and variance analysis

Lead the planning and preparation of budgets and forecasts on a quarterly/annual basis

Manage and monitor cash flow, including forecasting to support financial stability

Analyse business profitability across key dimensions, client, product, service line, and region

Drive process improvement and system enhancements to streamline financial operations

What do you need as a Management Accountant?

Qualified ACCA, CIMA, or ACA with a solid foundation in financial leadership

End-to-end finance duties, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and payroll

Strong analytical skills able to interpret financial data to support strategic decision

Hands-on finance leader with excellent communication skills

Sage & Microsoft advanced skills
