We are working with a well-established and respected client with a strong reputation for quality and reliability, who is seeking an experienced Machinery Service Technician to join their team, offering a varied role combining workshop-based work and onsite servicing.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high levels of customer service and technical support
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on modern machinery in both workshop and onsite environments
• Complete all relevant service documentation accurately and within required timescales
• Represent the client professionally and maintain high service standards
• Support, mentor, and assist junior team members where required

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven ability to diagnose and repair modern machinery
• Good understanding of current industry practices
• Disciplined and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Full UK driving licence
• Ideally holds an Engineering or Mechanical qualification
• Experience using diagnostic equipment and IT systems
• Willingness to attend supplier and manufacturer training courses
