Salary: £25000 - £30000/annum

Our client, an established and highly regarded estate agency in Hampstead, is currently seeking an AST Property Manager who has:

* A minimum of 6 months of AST management or tenancy administration experience to oversee the management of a high-end residential portfolio of approximately 60 properties.

* A driving license is NOT required for this position


* £25,000 to £30,000; depending on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities & Duties:

* Managing and maintaining a portfolio of properties on behalf of high net-worth landlords by investigating and resolving tenant complaints in a timely manner, conducting regular property inspections and providing these reports to the respective clients.

* Liaising with multiple contractors daily ensuring all works are carried out to the highest possible standard, as well as ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.

* Maintaining excellent relationships with landlords and tenants.

* Organising Monthly Gas Safety Certificates & Renewals

* Dealing with general landlord & tenant enquiries

* Updating available property lists/booklets canvassing letters, booklets, mailing cards

* General office administration & filing

* Dealing with management properties overseeing contract and maintenance works

* Ensure all prospective tenants are correctly referenced and landlords provide approval

* Provide feedback to landlords and applicants in line with company standards

* Prepare and arrange production of tenancy documentation within company guidelines

* Keep landlords informed of all negotiations with prospective tenants

Required Skills:

* Attention to details - Haste work will/can lead to errors with potential complications.

* Sufficient knowledge of Word, Excel and Microsoft Office applications

* Clear communication and effective negotiation

* Dressing and conducting oneself in a professional manner

* Being confident and responsible in your work - Be independent to handle your own portfolio and make responsible decisions

* Working on your own initiative - Initiative to progress and improve your work and department collectively.

* Stress management and problem-solving - Key aspects of property management as work is reactive
