Key Responsibilities:

Support students in class with their learning across a range of subjects

Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons

Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils, including those with SEN

Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning environment

Help with the preparation of learning materials and activities

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working in a school or educational setting (preferred but not essential)

A calm, patient, and caring nature

A passion for supporting children's learning and development

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 TA Certificate) is a plus
