Description
As Maintenance Administrator, you will;
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks across properties, ensuring timely completion of works.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, updates, and resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and tenants to address maintenance issues.
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to property maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all maintenance operations.

Profile
